There’s no need to vacuum before we arrive—that's what we’re here for! To ensure the most efficient and thorough cleaning, we kindly ask that you pick up any toys, clothing, or trash beforehand. Additionally, please make sure your pets are in a comfortable spot so we don’t disturb them.

What happens if someone’s injured in my home?

Prairie Cleaning Services is fully licensed and insured, as are all our team members. This ensures a worry-free cleaning experience for you. If a team member is injured on your property, our insurance will cover the claim.

Do I need to provide your team with my own cleaning equipment or supplies?

No, we bring everything needed to make your home shine and take our supplies and equipment with us when we leave. If you have specific preferences for cleaning products or equipment, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What if I need to reschedule a clean?

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to reschedule your cleaning—that's no problem! Please notify us at least 2 business days before your appointment, and we’ll do our best to adjust your schedule. However, if we receive less than 2 business days' notice or cannot access your home, the full price of the cleaning will be charged.

How often can you clean my home?

We're happy to offer cleaning on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis, depending on your specific needs. You can also request one-time cleaning services for special events, moving in or out, hosting a holiday, or any other occasion. Since we don’t require a contract, you can adjust your cleaning frequency to suit your budget, schedule, and preferences.

We ask that you share any special requests—whether one-time or recurring—directly with our office instead of with the cleaning team. Do you always send the same team?

We believe that sending the same team for each cleaning ensures you get the results you expect. If a team member is unavailable for your scheduled clean, we'll do our best to find a suitable replacement. All our team members undergo extensive training to provide consistent, high-quality work every time.

Can pets be home during a cleaning?

Absolutely! We love all pets. However, if your pet shows any signs of aggression, we recommend keeping them outside or in a secured area to ensure our team's safety. If you won’t be home during the cleaning, please let us know the best way to handle cleaning around your pet.
